Happy Friday, people!
I know it’s been a bit quiet on our end. I had to take some time off, but we’re back and we come with another product of the week.
This one was a particularly interesting find, one I would have found valuable a couple of months back. I definitely found this product interesting and valuable.

Product Spotlight: Mirron

Countries Served: Nigeria, Ghana and KenyaÂ
Product Area: Beauty
Who they are:
Meet Mirron, the app that connects beauticians with customers. With Mirron, you can easily find a stylist, makeup artist, or lash technician that's closest to you.
Most people still find it hard to book beauty appointments. This is especially true in West African countries like Nigeria, where I live. Here in Lagos, the usual way goes like this:
You search online or ask friends for suggestions.
You call to see if the beautician is free.
If they're not, you have to call others.
It's such a hassle. If you can't find anyone, you end up having to change your plans. Mirron is solving this problem.
I've used Mirron several times, especially when I moved to a different part of the city. I needed to get my braids done, but going to my previous hairstylist on the other side of the city wasn't economical. Living in a city with unpredictable traffic, it only made sense to find a stylist close to me.
I downloaded the app, entered my current location, and scheduled an appointment with a stylist. It was easy to choose because I could see previous customer reviews and pictures on the stylist's page. I went for my appointment and got my hair done and my nails done.
Booking an appointment:
As a Beautician, what's in it for you:
It gives you a clear view of your schedule and allows you to set your preferred working hours.
Mirron keeps a database of your clients, making it easier to retain them and keep them informed about special offers or discounts. And let's face it, who doesn't love a good discount?
As a beautician, I think you should give it a try!
So, what do you think of Mirron? Will you be trying it out?
If you have any products you want me to write about, please leave it in the comments.
